The Healthy Living Award enables organisations to provide healthier food and finding ways for their consumers to make better food choices. The Scottish Consumer Council have agreed to train a local assessor for their Healthy Living Award scheme and part of this training involves shadowing their current assessors to gain experience of the procedures, as well as going through a full day extensive training.
