Mentally Healthy Workplace Training for NHSWI Managers

Mentally Healthy Workplace training courses were run in Uist and Stornoway for NHS Managers in March.

This training is available to all in a managerial or supervisory role and aims to give participants an understanding of mental health and the key factors that contribute to having a mentally healthy workplace.

It takes the form of presentations and exercises and gives participants the opportunity to share experiences and discuss issues in a confidential setting while thinking about their own and their staffs mental health.

Further sessions are being planned and will be promoted online and through the team brief. If you would like further information contact Norma Macleod on norma.macleod1@nhs.net or 01851 762013.
