Local Delivery Plan (LDP) Standard for Smoking Cesssation 04/17-03/18

The Scottish Government remains committed to achieving its vision of a smokefree Scotland by 2034. Each board has a Standard set and for the Outer Hebrides period April 2017 to March 2018, NHS Western Isles via Smokefree Hebrides were required to deliver 47 successful three month quits for people residing in the 60% (Island Boards only – all others are 40%) within NHS Western Isles.

PROGRESS

  • Quarter 1 – April – June   On Target
  • Quarter 2 – July     – Sept   On Target
  • Quarter 3 – Oct     – Dec    Data expected May 2018
  • Quarter 4     Jan     – Mar    Data expected Aug 2018

There are a significant number of successful quits at three months but not in the required data zone.
