Our service continually strives to ensure that referrals are being made to the service and June saw an increase from Maternity services, which is encouraging.

Smoking Cessation Advisors are as always, on hand across the Western Isles offering support, advice and resources to assist smokers to make informed choices on how they could ‘Quit Their Way’.

Service support includes:

• Advice on Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT)
• Advice on Non Nicotine products
• Options and choices of service provision – telephone, face-to-face and the use of texting or e-mail
