This was the message that Outer Hebrides Alcohol and Drug Partnership, Outer Hebrides Community Planning Partnership and NHS Western Isles gave out in their recent summer campaign.

Working in collaboration, a full page guide was published in Events, Am Paipear and Guth Bharraigh providing helpful advice to make sure everyone stayed safe this summer. The guide provided information including staying hydrated and topping up sunscreen; reminding adults of the Scottish Government recommended safe weekly drinking limits of 14 units and making sure everyone plans their journey to get home safe
