Pictured are the services who attended a one day Drug & Alcohol Awareness course, organised by Outer Hebrides Alcohol & Drug Partnership and delivered by Scottish Drugs Forum in Stornoway on 8^th November.  The session explored why people use different drugs, the effects of these drugs, and exploring attitudes and values around substance misuse.
